    The "Electricity" laboratory devices

    1. Purpose

1.1. The package is intended for studying main regularities of "Electric phenomena" and "Direct current laws" courses. Students achieve practical skills in assembling electrical. The characteristics of some electric circuit elements are determined. The skill of utilizing measurement tools is achieved.

1.2. The package is intended for frontal experiments, school and college students' research.

    2. The package contains:

    · Key, 1 item
    · Dish, 1 item
    · Copper electrode, 2 items
    · Zinc electrodes, 1 item
    · Lamp with capsule, 2 items
    · Wire-wound resistor, 2 items
    · Variable resistor, 1 item
    · Electromotor, 1 item
    · Choke-coil, 2 items
    · Band-pass magnet, 2 items
    · Spring clip, 2 items
    · Compass, 1 item
    · Connection wire, 8 items
    · Metal operating layout, 1 item
    · Manual, 1 item
    · Packing, 1 set

    3. General instructions

The units essential for circuit assembling are fixed at stands. The magnets are pressed into these stands. The units are placed at metal operating layout. The spring clips are utilized for connecting electrodes via wires. The spring clips are fixed at wire's tips. The tip's design admits connecting several wires at one point. When the electrodes are installed and removed, one should place them into the middle part of pan. Then the electrodes are removed.

    6. Troubleshooting

    There is no plugging contact
Widen the gap in plug's tip using the 4 mm x 0.25 mm screwdriver. Check clamp's fastening at cell's board. Pull the screw-nut using #7 front spanner.
The 3.5 V/6.3 V lamp is not lighting
Replace the lamp: push it slightly into chuck, turn it anticlockwise and remove it from chuck. The lamp is installed in reverse order.
The motor's axle is not turning
The current necessary to overcome starting momentum is low.
The key's knife is not positioned precisely
Check the key's petal fastening. Fasten it, if necessary. Check the key's knife. Install a new M3x10 screw, if necessary. Fix the screw-nut by paint.
