The "L-micro" devices represent a new equipment system designed for physics room. The devices are implemented with usage of recent technical and pedagogical technologies. The usage efficiency depends on the teacher’s skills. Although the manuals are detailed and the software is adapted for school, we train the techers anyway. The teachers train in the existing pedagogical universities. Moscow teachers train in the gymnasium #1543 by special educational program. The "L-micro" sets were supplied to departments of phsics teaching methodics. Thus, the students may train. Several institutes of teachers upgrading train hold the trainings periodically. Thus, new generation of teachers is created. They are hoped to be friendly to new technics and welcome.
