The lever is implemented as a ruler of 100 cm length with screws and balancing loads on the tips. The scale is marked with 5 cm step beginning from the middle. The weight are hanged by means of hooks. The hooks are fixed in 18 symmetrically placed holes. The lever rotates around axis lying at the lever’s center. The lever is shipped with six hooks and an axis. The hooks can be inserted in lever’s holes or put on ruler. Axis is fixed at tripod’s holder.
