The device belongs to permanent-magnet metering system. The scale of (0-2) A range is divided in 40 scale marks which are labeled after every 10 ones. Internal resistance of device is 0.09 Ohm. Precision of device is better than 4% of high scale limit. Device must be stated horizontally. Sizes of device are not over than 80x100x48 mm.

A measuring mechamism and a scale are put inside plastic case. Front side of case has clamps with "+" and "-" labels and corrector intended to calibrate the the device. Various implementation af amperemeter is possible.
